Top drawer. I found CIT Solutions after a repair shop in Maidstone wanted to charge me £120 just to look at it to see if it was even fixable.

Chris was very honest in his opinion about the state of my computer when I gave it to him and what the chances were that he could get it up and running again, based on the water damaged PC I gave to him.

The day the new parts arrived, he fixed it and I picked it up the next day. The whole process was 3 days and my computer’s working great again.

Any issues in the future, I’ll be going to Chris.

Chris offers a fantastic service for any type of home IT problem! Whether its enabling video clips to be saved, filed and played back, or updating system programs, or just fixing annoying problems with lap tops, Chris can normally fix it! And he is always happy to take calls at any time – even fixing problems remotely when possible. Great service always!

So glad I found Chris. He is the most knowledgeable, friendly and efficient IT guy I know. His communication and speed is so efficient. I’ve used him a few times now. He managed to transfer all my data from one computer to another so fast and efficiently, not losing any of my files. He has always been on hand to answer my questions and help me fix anything PC and tech related which was a godsend especially whilst in self employment and my PC wasn’t functioning as it should. He has such a vast array of knowledge that I don’t have to go anywhere else.
